Ladies and gentlemen, honored guests, faculty members, students, and to all the members of the Ramon Avanceña National High School (RANHS) community, a pleasant morning to you all. Today is a momentous occasion for the RANHS community, for your school is celebrating its 24th Foundation Day. Moreover, today’s festivities are marked by the turn-over of several key projects which will greatly augment the facilities of your school.
I am pleased to turn-over the renovated SEDP Building, the improved six classrooms and the extension of the school covered court to the Ramon Avenceña High School. Through these newly-improved facilities, I am confident that the teachers of your school will be able to provide optimum education to the numerous students of RANHS. These newly repaired structures shall create a better learning environment and allow more students to enjoy the comforts of adequate school classrooms and buildings.
It is therefore appropriate to hold the turn-over ceremonies during the celebration of the foundation day of the school, which celebrates the anniversary of your institution with the theme of “RANHS soaring high for excellence.” I highly encourage the students and teachers of your school to exemplify the theme of this year’s foundation day celebration through your continued commitment to academic excellence. The future of our youngsters begins at the RANHS. Through the support and tutelage of the RANHS teachers, the young students gathered today will definitely soar high with the wind of excellence lifting them to great heights.
